Looking to get the attention of some Realtors interested in your mentoring or coaching program? There are lots of ways to go about it. I will give you a few online and offline ideas to get you started.
1. Set up a strong referral program for your current clients that gives them a gift card if a friend signs up for your monthly coaching program and stays for a minimum of a couple months. I usually set the amount of the gift card at one month’s membership fee.
2. Submit articles and short stories to people’s blogs and Ezines searching for information on your topic. There are lots of people out there who are continually looking for good information to provide to their audience and would love to have the content. You get the benefit of exposure to their “audience” and a contact to possibly do cross promotions or joint ventures with in the future.
3.
Write articles and submit them to article directories. The purpose of this is to drive traffic to your site by directing people to it after they have read your article. You submit the articles to directories so that if someone looks for information on a specific topic that your article discusses it will turn up in the results. In order for this process to be effective you have to use quality key words and structure your article properly, but it can be a great “free” way to drive traffic to your site.
4. Do you have a list of addresses? If you do, specifically if you can narrow it down to a high quality list of people who have inquired about your services (not a purchased list) then this can be a good option to pursue. I have utilized direct mail quite frequently and had great success. Learning how to create effective direct mail pieces is an art form in itself.
I will boil it down to some simplistic tips to get you started.
a. Don’t bother mailing one time to a list. Plan on doing a series of mailings 8 is a good number to aim for.
b. Make your mail fun to read, tell a story, have a “star” (even if he’s a cartoon you make up)
c. If you want to eliminate all of a potential clients reservations and win them over it’s probably going to take a while don’t be afraid of the 5-7 page letter
d. Include testimonials (if it’s a situation where that is appropriate)
e. Include bonuses if you can
f. Have a deadline offer and stick to it
g. Use highlighting, captions, different fonts, print and colors to draw attention to the key portions of the letter so that the “skimmers” can get the picture without having to attempt to actually read the whole thing.
There you go, two offline and two online methods for attracting new clients to your Realtor mentor program.
Are you ready to take the next step toward turning your Realtor skills into profitable information products and automated continuity programs that can earn you massive (and practically passive) income?
